As an online travel agent, all of our multi-contract package bookings, which include a flight, are financially protected by the Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL) scheme. If an operator such as an airline fails, then the ATOL scheme ensures you don’t lose any money and prevents you from being stranded overseas.

We also operate on a trust model for added protection, once we have paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account administered by Air Travel Trust. We do not have access to the trust directly and can only withdraw funds once you’re back from your holiday, meaning your money is always safe.

Every part of your multi-contract package booking is financially protected by the ATOL scheme and you will be issued an ATOL certificate as proof should you encounter any problems. Please note our ATOL number is 11806 and you can visit the CAA website for more information.
